Voliminal: Inside the Nine is a two-disc DVD by the band Slipknot. It was released on December 5, 2006 (December 2 in Australia and United Kingdom). The new 2-disc DVD set features a film on the band over 80 minutes long made by band member Shawn "Clown" Crahan (#6) on Disc 1. The majority of this film is shot on hand held cameras. Disc 2 contains all of the music videos from their album Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses), including the unreleased "Vermilion Pt. 2" video as well as interviews with most of the band members unmasked and other live footage. Lead guitarist Mick Thomson (#7) has stated that this DVD focuses more on the band's days of touring in support of their new album behind the stage and on the road, not just a live show. He said "You will see more of what our days are like," and also that the video "will be like nothing ever before and more funny shit than the last DVD."

Well actually, Im kind of disapointed. All this DVD contains in a lot of bad footage with crappy shit sound. This is not the rippers fault, the DVD is actually produced to sound like SHIT! And I dont see the point in that, as a serious fan of music.
I guess this DVD is first and foremost for the 14 y old kids which are Slipknots main audience and the band decided to make som shit which will make cash instead of making a really good DVD which could stand as a testament that Slipknot should be taken seriously. Obviously these guys just are a pack of clown shoe wearing sellout.
Between the crappy live material we get to see the crew and band fooling around trying to be "cool", but it ends up being pathetic since the one and only PANTERA allready made the best goddamn DVD in that aspect. And that was like 12 years ago and I believe that sez it all. I liked Slipknot a lot in the past but now I realise that they fucking suck.

dimepase really made a fucked up comment..really !!! but he is right about one thing - the audio sucks hard...I really don't understand why would they film something that can't really be heard...It's cool watching them on stage..but who can stand for an hour or so and listen to some fucked up noise that is suposed to be a SlipKnoT song...fuck that ! :/
