I won't dare spoil any of this remarkable movie for you but I do recommend it as highly as I possibly can. Marvel needed to get in to the solo movie making business long ago. Instead of leasing out their characters to other studios, they're making movies themselves. Most everyone knows Iron Man is their first effort and what a great lead off film! This movie helps take the comic book genre to the highest level. Just like they did in the books, they reinvent standard epic adventure by "Marvelizing" characters and making them more believable. The Spider-Man and the X-Men movies did this to a degree but only as far as their respective studios wished to stay true to the source material. Anything added or amended was for the benefit of the live action adaptation. Director Sam Raimi pulled this off by talking to the summer crowd, not down to them with the Spider-Man series. Jon Favreau has done the same thing here but I think he's done it even better. Raimi intentionally threw in a little cheese. Favreau adds nice bits of humor but not too much. He also grounds the action and the suit of armor in firm reality. I've said it before but it's brave to reach for the highest common denominator with a big budget film and Favreau delivers a movie with as much feeling as it has action and intensity. Needless to say, Robert Downey Jr. and company deliver the goods. It's a movie that has a wonderful balance that delivers intelligence with its fun. The amazing yet realistic action is paced by the plot and characters that keep you interested from start to finish. What absolutely blew me away were the phenomenal special effects. I know they built a practical, working armor. What I loved is the use of CGI was used to augment the real life armor and not create something from scratch. Most all CGI constructs feel fake somehow but the stuff in Iron Man didn't seem fake even for an instant. As great as everything looked, what really drives the movie is the emotional resonance and down to earth nature of the plot. Sure the concept is wild but it's all presented so that you really believe it could happen. I doubt anyone will find fault with this movie unless they went in trying to dislike it. This is, without a doubt going to be one of my top 10 movies of 2008, quite possibly the number one film.

Image Quality reasonable for cam, recorder gets covered 3 to 4 times during movie for no more than 10 seconds (usher walking in maybe?)
Image quality for cam 6.5/10
Audio quality reasonable also, clarity good, definitely wont rock your world on a 5.1 system (single channel only)
Audio quality for cam 7/10
Actual movie is really good, does justice to the comic book, bit slow to start off with but winds up later in. Robert Downey Jr nails the part very well as does Jeff Bridges.
Worth the 700mb download? Yes
Obviously not going to compare to a dvd rip but if your desperate to watch it the quality wont overly hamper your enjoyment of the film.

havnt seen the movie at the cinema, but it seems to me that there is something missing, it seems to starting in the middle of the movie. Can anyone confirm this? (Does the hummers get attacked just a min or two in the movie?)

Damn...TPB server is slow as F*#@ tonight....grrrr! I would have to agree with waiting for a better copy...This is a movie best enjoyed at at theater....no matter how good the cam is. Funny enough...my brother-in-law was in a treatment center with Robert Downey Jr....lol. I think Azureus Vuze is the best free bit torrent downloader ever put out on the market to date that I've discovered...I use to have utorrent, but my service provider blocks it, so I switched....much to my happiness.

Well this movie is great, and this copy is great too as long as you are blind! Come on guys, get real you cant watch this and be happy? My god, the reselution is soo crap you need to watch it on a screen the size of a match box!
Some film deserve to either be waited for, or go to the cinema.
Also, i do have to agree with some of what the angry jap has to say. America is VERY fat, I think its born out of lack of self pride. They just seem to believe what they see on TV.... Well if its on TV it MUST be true!
I do think that most (not all) of them should rawl out of their own fat ass and open their eyes. America is not the best, not in charge, not the hub of the world, its a joke.

Not bad at all for a cam. Great sound and pretty good video. I have seen some so dark you can't even tell what's on the screen, there was only a couple of times I had a problem.
Video 6/7, Sound 7/8. The only problem was the ending, it seems that the cam was turned off a little earlier and it maybe there was a little more to the film.

I have seen this movie twice in theaters and it is absolutely amazing.
As for this copy, I have watched most of the ones on TPB so far and I like this one and Prevails the best.

Saw the movie in theaters, amazing. for a bootleg this isn't bad. worth downloading to be able to see the movie in home. but the segment after the credits isn't there...for me that was big because I was into the iron man comics.
