The download appears to stop at 85% but is in fact all there -- copy and past the partial download, rename the pasted file replacing the 'part' extension with an mpg extension and the movie is there in its entirety. I don't know what the other 15% is, but it is not the movie, or maybe doesn't exist at all ...
