You can watch the missing F-105 episode on YouTube.It can be downloaded from there using clipconverter or similar.

Some of the episodes (e.g. A-10, F-4 Phantom) are from other random series like "Modern Combat Aircraft".The original Great Planes episodes actually say "Great Planes" at the beginning and have Australian narration.
The ones that are branded "Wings" have American narration and interviews conducted just after the Gulf War.
