Paint Shop Pro 4.12 Older Faster Version

This is an older version that has some functions that the newer versions left out. It also loads a hell of a lot faster. Copy "Eliminate.exe" to the "Paint Shop Pro" directory after you install and then double click it.

excellent... a replacement for my 4.0 version, this is 32 bit and runs in Win7! fave program

the program itself may be 32bit,but the installer is 16 bit so this program is useless for anyone with 64bit windows
