Refugees who then faced further difficulties when they arrived. Such as the lack of work, and internment as enemy aliens. This programme had access to, and plays some of the interviews surviving refugees gave to an archive project. Also included is a short BBC World Service programme: 'Always It Haunts Me'. Survivors of the holocaust resident in Australia talking about their experience. .
