why would a 1080i version take up 5.53 gigs?
I have a 1080p version of Heroes, and they only take up around 2.
Explain.

lol, 1080p x264 at 2gb is a joke, and barely looks better than 1.09gb 720p (no offense to the upload of that file, but its the truth). mean while 2.15gb 720p x264 (or even 1.45gb in some cases) looks much better then 2.15gb at 1080p res
but anyway this is the raw untouched mpeg-2 broadcast at a nice 17mbps bitrate.
so this would be for people that want the best quality possible (well at least the best until it airs on skyonehd).

oh very nice.
I always download the 720p versions at 1-1.2 gb.
Mostly because I watch them on my laptop, which doesnt allow me to watch 1080p
