These are my favorite desserts! Ice creams, sorbets, sherberts... Hummmmm!
I think I will put on some pounds just reading the books you are uploading!
If you have any book dealing with ice cream equipment [small capaciaty for home use ~10 liters would be fine!], please upload them.
My dream is to own my owm ice cream equipment for use at home, but all I can find are those small half a liter appliances sold by Sears...
And also, do oy any book with recipes of diet frozen desserts? I mean no sugar, low fat, yet creamy... Impossible dream?
