Okay, I Did the .CSO File - I removed the BOOT.BIN and the UPDATE Folder and Compressed to LEVEL9 and the size is = 186MB!! Be sure to Seed, Comment and Enjoy!!

It is a good idea to give that info. But, I think the torrent client checksums should alleviate the possibility of tamper or replacement on seeding. In some checksum processes there are duplicate sums even when a few bits have been flopped, however I assume this is accounted for in a torrent clients and such methods aren't used (?).
They might even use huffman replacement algorithms or something more advanced. I'll have to look into that.
