Alexandre Alexeieff

Alexandre Alexeieff (1901-1982) was a prominent russian-born french animator and artist, and as making films since 1933 is considered to be one of the founding fathers of animation. He is world famous for his unique technique of pinscreen. Although making only 5 short animations for the whole life, he became a classical animator. His works are real masterpieces on the edge of fine art and animation.
