For anyone wondering still, the soundtrack is by Paul Ruskay, and the choir music upon returning to Kerak is titled "Adagio for Strings" and it is sung by Quire of Voices.

Well, just go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeworld , look out for music description. The song "Agnus Dei" was made by Samuel Barber and has been played eg in documentations with a sad story.
