Stormworld - S01E19 (Missed episode - see inside)

The network has gone to showing two episodes a week. Unfortunately I missed the second episode last week and this. If someone else could post that would be great. Other wise the episodes are scheduled to reair two weeks from Saturday and I will cap them then. If someone else has the missing episdoes feel free to post. Jason and Lee are two buddies living normal lives in Vancouver. When Jason’s dad gets a new boat, the boys decide to take it for a joyride and get caught in a swirling vortex that brings them to Stormworld. This new world is a parallel universe with three suns, mind-distorting storms, and wild coastlines, surrounded by a hostile environment where drinkable water is precious and food is limited. The boys are rescued by Flees and her pedantic companion, Ogee. Flees has one of the few serviceable watercrafts on Stormworld and grudgingly volunteers to take the new visitors to a small community trying to create civilization and order against the forces of nature and scavengers. One thing is constant for Jason, Lee, and almost everyone on Stormworld: the search for the way home. This show is a joint Canada/Australian production. The show is shot on location in Australia and Singapore. Most of the cast is Australian including the brillant Valentina Barron (Streetsmartz, Wormwood). Although the first episode was a bit shakey and received some justified criticism, the show has improved greatly with subsequent episodes. They'll be re-aired on Aug 20th and 21st (possibly 22nd) on the Space network. But you've gotta be up at like 3am.
