The torrent is a DVD rip using XviD encoding so it'll fit a single CD (hence the ~700MB file size). This is the way of things. If you want a 12GB HD DVD rip with all the deleted scenes and extra bonus material, then go find one. The audio and video are both 10/10 for this format.
If the torrent was an R5 release, you'd expect the rating for audio and video to reflect that format - a 10/10 wouldn't necessarily mean it was full release DVD quality - it means it's the best quality you could expect for an R5. Similarly, a CAM or TS can get a 10/10 for quality because for a CAM or TS it is the best you can expect.
Do you suggest that we from now on we rate all torrents 0.1/10 for quality as in the future both DVD & BluRay will be obsolete and unless it's in 3D Smell-O-Vision it is not the best we can expect?
