The setup is in russian, though the game itself can be installed both in russian and english. Just keep clicking the "OK" and "C'mon" buttons. At a certain point, you will be asked whether you want to install the russian or the english version.

Works Perfectly for me... although the installation were a bit funny... but any moron who's ever installed something should know what to do anyways... thanks for the game^^
