There is 3 files like this among other files, what should I do to them? For now I just copied other files from this ZIP to my GTA directory, nothing happened... How does this work?

Useless crack. You still need RSSC to open the game + it adds a retarded Rzr1911 logo and music playing at 100% volume every time you open the game.
