I got the crack, but when the game starts it looks like this:
And i cant press anything except ALT+F4, and when i do that the "sure to exit game?" menu comes up and works just fine.
But the rest just looks all messed up.
Any ideas?

I read that you should install the game with none custom install, Think it means install were your windows is, I tryed it but it still crashes before race.
Im going to look for updates and check them if they works, And if they do ill write the updates here.

I have tried with default path and the downloadable installer but I still have the same problem with raevmunk. The first time I fired up the game it worked though, but I couldnt accelerate with bikes at all, max speed was about 80km/h with full throttle.. After the first exit game it hasnt worked and I've tried reinstalling but it just doenst work..

To make this work, the game MUST be installed in the default install location..
C:\Program Files\Capcom\MotoGP 08\
And you may also need to set the launcher excutable to run in Win2000 compatibility mode..

I had a problem like that on the Shellshock Nam'67 and i fixed the issue by following these instructions:
Try something like that. Or reinstall the lastest Redistributable version of DirectX. Maybe help.

I'VE FOUND SOLUTION

all you have to do, the only thing you have to DO is right click on the luncher > properties > compatibility > check "run this program in compatibility mode for:" > choose "Windows 2000", now races should work, enjoy the game :P

Working perfectly in windows 7 Home Basic x86-64 bit OS. After installation copy the content of crack folder and overwrite into installed directory. And change the program compatibility to windows 2000 in Launcher.
