Thanks for this. Sucky JVC won't offer the download (due to a licensing agreement, so they say) but will sell you a replacement disc for 30+ dollars.
Without this download, I was fixing to use the Everio camcorder for a paperweight. Thanks again and let's hope the powers that be don't shut down any more P2P sites.
