I am the author of a book, The Great Carb Cutback, and I think this film gets out an incredibly important message. By all means, download it; I am convinced Naughton made the film for people to see. But then go to his website http://www.fathead-movie.com/ and click on the button to make a donation through PayPal. That way, your donation goes straight to the film maker, not Amazon or NetFlix or some other third party, with the film maker just getting a pittance.

We watched this movie for the first time about a few months ago, it confirmed a year of research my husband had done on his own and we live our life by it (except for the occasional cake cuz...come on its cake) I want to show this to my family, thanks!
