they are downloading it because its a new game, and MAYBE a workaround/fix can be found and released soon.. (or not).
When that happens, you already have the game.

rob7578, you my friend have fucked up by updating to 3.70. There may never be a CFW for that version. We as a community of jailbreakers are still waiting for a CFW that's past 3.55. Sorry bud. You better start enjoying online play.
