Ur wech e oa, ur wech e vo c'hoazh, fest plijadur, buhez... eürusted, kwa ! Loened Fall ("Les sales bêtes, les vauriens"), c'est l'histoire de deux chanteurs de Kan ha Diskan (chant à danser du Centre Bretagne) qui rencontrent trois instrumentistes; mais c'est surtout celle d'un groupe et d'un public de danseurs qui, à chaque fest-noz, se renvoient au centuple leur énergie et leur bonheur d'être ensemble. "An deizioù zo berr", dit la chanson : les jours sont courts... c'est pour cela qu'il nous faut les nuits. The group Loened Fall ("the beasts") combines the traditional singing style which accompanies the dances of Central Brittany (Kan ha Diskan) with guitar, fiddle and bombarde. The resulting music is rich and energetic, while the singing possesses a precision that comes from generations of experience. This live recording should give you a feel of the almost magical bond that comes about between the musicians and dancers during a fest-noz (dance gathering), where all involved sense the satisfaction an pleasure of being part of a whole.
