Warlords 3

Just a game I like... Patch it (I didn't have time to add it, but it's everywhere) and crack it (at gameburnworld). Afterwards, to make it playable for XP (at least) create a shortcut to darklords.exe, go to Properties and change Target to X: xx Darklord.exe / WINCURSOR where X: xx is the location of the game folder.

This is my desktop shortcut - and yes it works. This problem is the reason I stayed with Windows ME until 2006. Wish I'd have known about the wincursor thing earlier.

I cant undstand why your download is 691 MB when the installed game (with crack) is only 157 MB. You shoulda just seeded a copy of the installed game....

How do i play in vista? Had real cds before and that worked fine with the -WINCURSOR add, but now it just shuts itself down. The music won't play either.

Seems like the installer doesn't work on 64 bit systems. Gonna have to install it on some 32 bit system then move the install directory to my computer.

That worked for me.. Installed and patched it on a 32 bit system and copied it back to my win 7 64 bit..:)
