I did used couple of time bat to exe, but becauze of the viral issues, and setup.exe gettin removed by overly protective Av.. I had to go with an open way..
I havent had a chance to download any of your rips, but I am interested to see, how you work.

i've downloaded, run the game - everythig's ok. but in my opinion even painkiller is much better. necrovision is a yesterday game with low loading speed and shitty graphics (unfortunately). after compleating 2nd level i deleted it.
