Your torrent is playing games or is malfuctioning. I have tried and have had others try to download these three files numerous times and they all stop at 78% and then stall out... Is there a malfunction here?

Another note is that when I tried to download the two files in question:

I get nothing again... Please confirm

Notice that you have no comments or downloads since the 5th, maybe this just went unnoticed because no one tried to download..
Please fix or maybe you would like to trade ....?

We have a problem here,.... either a slow torrent or not enough seeds for downloads. any download attempts stop at 78.1% every try on multiple machines.
