Fallout 3 Cheat Guide - this one works

This is a comprehensive cheat guide for fallout 3. It will open with microsoft excel only. This one works, sorry for the other one, i uploaded it so it only worked with excel 2007.

where do you get the codes for the items?

I've hit ~ to open the console, but the console doesn't open. I've tried ~ plus codes, but nothing happens. Any secret to getting the game to accept the cheats?

I'm assuming that the [~] symbol isn't working right for you two, you see, it's been designed for US keyboards.. I'm guessing you guys have European ones...
All I can say is try re-binding the "Console" to another button. Gl :D

try the key above the TAB key (to the left of the number 1 (one)
