Application packed with XComp. Some Anti Virus Scanner do not support this archive exe packer and may shown it as FALSE POSITIVE Packer.XComp.A until them archive scan engines support it (BitDefender, IKARUS and a few more). The main Antivirus scanner can handle with XComp compressed archives and scan inside the packed files. UPX and PE Compact have a lower compression rate I don't let me force to use one of them. Your antivirus might be wrong contact the av support and let files compressed with XComp re-analise. Im sad of some AV's which simply put cause of missing scan archive support many packers simply to the virus database instead of contacting the packer software creators to get source code or what ever they need to update them engines. exe packer must be opensource or commercial right?

I think you are a good customer for the false positive high rated av product top list but can you tell me what kind of virus should be in there?
Maybe you dont know and belief in any scanner result as a few av companies did not analyze the exe packer but just put it to the virus list so it shown up by you as virus. Please send direct to your anti virus solution a analyze request and answer me my questions: what kind of virus is inside what it does in details. the real virus signature and the virus extracted from file. only then you will maybe see if they cant do it that you maybe deal with a false positive named from your virus scanner company.

unpacked no virus there. Can virus go lost by unpacking in vm ??? Stupid Virus scanner wrong. krr recycled bad AV scanner replaced with better one. Ohh was the old AV delete to much, how to get now the false positive files back from the fake condom scanner I have been used before?

AxMan, just remember that some people have nothing better to do than randomly scream "TROJAN!!! DON'T DOWNLOAD!!!" and "HAS VIRUS, YOU ASSHOLE!!!" I'm not saying every virus report is a lie, but some are.
