Audio tracks are correct. Plays fine in VLC and mplayer on both windows and linux.

It won't work with Quicktime as it only supports 1 B-Frame and my encodes are higher quality, using 10 B-Frames. I never use WMP because it sucks :) but probably the same issue with whatever codec you are using.
