@Smejko25 It doesn't matter which one you extract. If you can't see the files just download 7zip it's free. Mount the image means you need an image mounting software or you can just burn it on a DVD. An example of image mounting software is DaemonTools. Just google it along with 7zip. Hope i helped you :).

@Smejko A .iso file is a file holding a cd. Either mount it in a program like DAEMON Tools Lite (Makes a new fake CD-reader with the disk in it), burn it on a real cd, or open it with an archiver like 7zip or Winzip
