WOW this is complicated.
Idid it but I can't even write instructions without getting bored. I'm afraid all i can offer you is a tip: focus on the url in upgrade.ini and the file outside that folder goes just outside your starting folder and inside it aswell.
I know that is very confusing but this is as easy as i could make it. If i get my website up...
