This is another way of naming the episodes, in this way label S06E10 stand for: year 6 (or year 2008), epiode 10 (10th episode in 2008). I agree it's confusing... (dicovery names are different they say season and episode number, not year!)

Ninjas 2 (S06E11 or rather S07E03) was "Rescheduled to August 29, 2008" ~ Wikipedia...
SYS did not follow the latest updates, which resulted in this Pirate one...
No word yet on why Discovery changed the dates.
