Having slow dl speeds. Check out utorrent. The website has a FAQ page that walks you thru port forwarding and increasing speeds. You just have to spend a bit of time reading and tweaking.
Since changing from bittornado to utorrent, my speeds have gone from 35 to 40 kbps to almost 300kpbs or more.

Two days after seeding, My ISP blocked my internet connection.
Every time I opened a new tab I saw a a long ass message with this tittle:The digital Millennium Copyright Act, known as DMCA....bla bla bla.
I had to call my isp and remove the file in order to get my internet back up.
