I'm not able to install on Mac OS X.Someone knows how to do ? I downloaded USA and Europe DVD.But starting from one,or from the other,always get error messages....thanks ppl.

As said earlier, its so much fun to see so many interested in x-plane! Now if I'd had my word, I'd really ask you guys if there is somebody that has some nice payware airplanes for x-plane? Its really a shame there is SO much extra for flightsim x on the net, but NONE at all for x-plane. So if you have some airplanes that you'd like to share, please do so! And don't forget to write the word "x-plane" or x plane" or "laminar" so that the rest of us can find it easier here on TPB.

how the heck do you install this, does not appear to really actully install all the scenery for me.. Im on OS X so... Ive tried everything I could think of, install this before I actually update x-plane from x-plane.com but no dice.. still suck on the demo scenes... I fi try to go to kmkt or kmsp, its still that runway in the sea's stuff...

Im a Hardcore X-plane Fan I will seed As Much As I can on my limited Bandwith, im setting this torrent at 125kb..... upload, for the next few days... then after that i will put it at 50kb until my HD crashes! lol... lots of love for the x-community!

How does one use this with the latest demo? I've mounted the mds, and when that didn't work I even created shortcuts to the mounted files, but X-Plane still does not seem to acknowledge the scenery (water everywhere...)

Okay, I just realized that you have to actually run the installer. I now have the terrain and objects, but there aren't any airports terminals!

The easiest way i found to update an already installed x.plane with more scenery & stuff without trying to run another installer again is to change the downloaded .MDF file to .ZIP and download xaddon manager to install your extra`s.

If you d/l xplane and figure you would have no problem buying it if it wasnt available to get for free then pay the bucks , hey it's only $30. If you cant afford it for whatever reason then OK. Laminar is a small company, not covered in billions of dollars like MS. We need to have X-Plane continue to succeed. Yeh I also d/l lots of stuff and SEED 24/7, please note.
The arguement that the corps. use against 'piracy' , namely the $$ they lose is of course pure hogwash since we would never have bought the 100's of stuff ( and 1000's of $$ face value)that we d/l to begin with. It is a big corp. Sony and Co. illusion. That said I bought X-Plane. I too fly for a living--radial engine--and when I pass from this world the angel that takes me to the other side better have a radial powering her wings because otherwise I'm not going!
