when someone starts to leech from your computer it would start seeding
just leave your bittorrent client open and make sure that when there are leechers your client is sharing the file

Thanks, the worst thing is that you have to keep the torrent file,because as soon as you quit all of the downloads are removed,and the only way to reopen them is with the torrent file. Otherwise the downloading speed is monstrous :) up to 7-8MB/s
