The hardcoded asian subs are only 4 times 1-2 second in the entire movie. They are only translations of computer screens. All other subs can be disabled. This is BY FAR the best Aliens Special Edition you can download at the moment. It has all the extra 20+ minutes of the VHS/LD Special Edition.
The slight grain is in the original material, Cameron filmed it like this.

Unwatchable for me due to stuttering when panning. I've searched for info on this and it seems to be common... but the first time I've seen it in over 100 HD movies downloaded. :-/ Was really looking forward to it too.
