This works and has no viruses or anything.
I'm using Vista 32bit and if I try and play it using the supplied crack, COD4 will stop responding when trying to start it up...then the next time u run it, it will come up asking you to run in safe mode blabla.
If you have that problem, ignore that and just get a new crack. I got a different crack and it works perfectly so I think there's something wrong with the supplied crack.
