Because as far as I've been able to find, that's the best copy, and it's still pretty bad.

The picture is the best so far the audio is not that bad. The picture still has the same blue hue to it !! But all considering this is hte best out to date !!

EXCEPT, the Sync is WAY OF BASE! Remember the old dubbed Kung-Fu movies with their lipsync, this goes something like that. Otherwise it´s Okey.. Sorry!

Well, yeah, it goes out of sync a couple of times, by about 0.3 seconds, but it's very easy to tweak if you're watching it in VLC, just use the Extended Settings-->Synchronization.
