After Downloading the PDF and reading through it It takes you to bunch of other sites that ask you for 20 bucks to try the different programs or get more information, I will take the plundge and let you know if it was a waste of money or helpful

As a reference... Beyond paying for the material within...
Find a College that accepts federal aid.
(devry, and rio salada were my choices)
google the school name and "federal school id"
Visit http://fafsa.ed.gov
Fill out an application add up to 10 school id's.
Wait for approval. (4-60 days)
sign up for the college in question.
receive the $$ for your classes and books, ect.
simple huh? tho be sure you have your previous tax return handy. when signing up.
http://oedb.org Is the only other site that i have found not to be a scam for non federal grants and accredited schools. (sadly if you google college grants 4-6 scam sites pop up first, they will not approve you and will charge for grant applications.)
Grant applications should NEVER be paid for!
