Xilisoft DVD Ripper Ultimate 5.0.35 - for the audio
Sound Normalizer 2.5 - for normalizing the sound level
TMPGEnc 4.0 Express v.4.3.1.222 - for converting in DVD mpeg format (with this program can be selected video and audio source)
and finally...
TMPGEnc DVD Author 3.1.2.176 - for the menu and chapters selection
Covers - believe it or not - with Paint
