ive never used terminal before. where do i paste it? i have indigo terminal on my computer is this the right program? and i dont understand step 6.Run the following in terminal to flush your cache: this might as well be in dutch... please can you help? ive just used up almost all my downloads just to find i dont know how to install it.

I'm having issues with the Bridge application. It opens and the menu at the top works fine, but the actual window doesnt load images properly, it acts as if its buffering and doesn't fully load. I tried to reinstall photoshop, but that did not fix the problem. Is there anything I can do to make it work properly? my email is mariyanovitski@yahoo.com Thank you!
