There is no version 1501 available yet, just look at the cyberlink support site. So someone is messing around with the .exe version number in these files. In addition, all of the Core keygens I've seen claiming to be for version 9 do not generate valid serials. I know, because I tried for myself.
This must be hacked so someone can claim bragging rights. - I wouldn't trust it.
The only truly legit version of PowerDVD 9 Ultra that I've seen is the one I uploaded myself. I know because I bought it myself and made sure it made it here completely untouched.

Version 1501D is displayed if you look at the About box. The actual current EXE file is version 9.0.1428.0. So, yes, I was wrong to say no such version exists, but hear me out.
It gets confusing because in many uploads people are claiming that the actual EXE file is version 1501D, which is not true.
The reason the difference between About box and EXE version numbers is important, is that Cyberlink changes the version number in the about box for anything, such as fixing a typo in the readme. The version number of the EXE is what's actually important because that's what coincides with build revisions, and actual changes/fixes in functionality.
