Okay guys, I figured this out through trial and error, get a program like WinRar (My personal Favorite) then right click a file for instance "flt-cnc001" then right click and open it with winrar, then extract the iso then follow the steps issox gave you

HELP please
after DL the files are listed as flt-cnc3.001, 002, and so on
the file type is also listed as 001 file, 002 file and so on
this means there is no prgram associated with these files
I've tried winzip, winrar and 7zip
so to those of you that claim to have open this, HOW
to those of you wanting to download this don't bother, till you see a post from me with the answer

after this finished downloading
I removed the torrent from uTorrent
found another torrent with the same name [uploaded by webslave]
download that torrent to save in same folder I already have,
when uTorrent rechecked the file for the second torrent, it came up 99.9%
DL'd the difference [00.1%]
Forced windows to use WINRAR to open the first file [001] and it does
So I say somebody has changed one of the files that their seeding
Now let's see if it installs and runs,
