yes i have finaly figured it out and yes it work passed chapter 7 no more crash all u need is Toxic Dual Layer Patcher 1.0 it changes some file on the iso before you burn it at 4x
the iso given in this download is clean no patch applyed so it crashes at chapter 7 after seed part fight
with patch it changes something and i am able to move on passed chapter 7 passed seed
i have patched the ISO with Toxic Dual Layer Patcher 1.0 when it says successfully in the log of the patcher then just close patcher and then DVD Decrypter burn at 4x your dual layer dvd i used verbatim 8.5gb dvd+R
i am playing on my FAT ps2 no idea what modchip i have in it but it runs the game flawless after patching passed chapter 7

got crc errors on part 1, 25, 26...any idea how to fix it and also some parts are not in .rar please help can't extract the iso...tnx

How do I burn this? The uncompressed file is larger than the dvd capacity
