Well, I thought i'd give you another chance, and after you're Broken Steel Torrent not working, I was doubtful about this one. I was right to be doubtful. This one doesn't work for crap there is nothing new in the data portion of the launcher. Brilliant.

@GonGon1 if you find the install.exe to complicated lmfao, try unraring to a temp folder yourself click unpack.bat you should be left with 3 or so files, copy them to your fallout3\data folder then turn it on with the data files option on the launcher. personally i preferred broken steel.

Okay, all of the files pass virus scan through AVG.
The install.exe actually works... but it's some proprietary installer bullshit... it runs through it's own decompression... WHY CAN'T YOU JUST PUT THE ACTUAL DATA FILES IN THE TORRENT!!!!
Takes a 3.8ghz i7 about 20 minutes just to extract the fucking files from his stupid installer crap.
Pick a new, empty folder, open install.exe, point it to that folder, then let it "do it's thing" there, then goto that folder, and move the *.bsa and *.esm files to your fallout 3\data folder.
open fallout 3 launcher, select the data files and then play.
