Koihime musou English version Japanese adult visual novel and strategy game based on the classic Chinese novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The game is set in ancient China during and after the fall of the Han dynasty with some major difference, most notably; Most of the male characters in the novel have become female and The Three kingdoms that were formed after the Han Dynasty, have already been established earlier. Despite each kingdom ruled by an independent monarchy, the three kingdoms are still loyal to the Han empire. However, the empire is on the verge of collapse as civil unrest, banditry and infighting bring turmoil to the nation. As the empire finally collapse and warlords wage war with each other, amidst the turmoil several major factions are formed, ready to rule and unite the fractured nation. These major factions (5 in Koihime Musō, 7 in the sequel) are the Shoku faction (Chinese: 蜀, Shǔ) led by Kazuto Hongō in Koihime Musō and in the sequel, Queen Ryūbi of the Kingdom of Shu, the Gi faction (Chinese: 魏, Wèi) led by Queen Sōsō of the Kingdom of Wei, the Go faction (Chinese: 吳, Wú) led by Princess Sonken of the Kingdom of Wu and in the sequel, her older sister Queen Sonsaku, the Tōtaku faction (Chinese: 董卓, Dong Zhuo) led by Governess Tōtaku, Governor of Dong province, the En/Yuan faction led by Lady Enshō, Lord of Yuan province, and in the sequel the Kōkintō/Yellow Turban Rebels led by the Zhang sisters, Chōkaku, Chōhō and Chōryō and the Nanban/Southern Barbarians led by Mōkaku. If you get the 'necemem.sni' can't be found error, its because the lcsebody.exe hasn't been cracked.
I downloaded the crack from a hongfire.com thread, it was a file called koihime.exe that I renamed and then it worked.

I played the game until the part where u need to put a crack, the part when the trial version stops. I put the crack u said from hongfire then i got this NECEMEM.SNI problem... how do i fix this???

Just a heads up for anybody who made this stupid mistake. Whenever you replace the lcsebody.exe with the crack to fix "'necemem.sni'' make sure you rename it to Lcsebody.exe and NOT Icsebody.exe. The game worked after I fixed this mistake.

Yeah, I renamed the crack to Lcsebody.exe but I still get the error. Also the crack is something like 600kb while the file the game came with is around 1,140,000...

What i did to get it to work was close whatever torrent program you are using then rename the game folder to just Koihime Musou This worked for me, hopefully it helps others too.

I can run it now, but I get a black screen with an error saying "Failed to load Graphic-Files in layer"

I'm pretty sure the NECEMEM.SNI error isn't related to the name of the game folder. The first time I played, I had my torrent program, Vuze, closed, and it played perfectly. The second time, it was opened, and I got the error. I turned it off, and it played again. As long as the crack is done properly, the only other requirement seems to be that the torrent program is closed, or maybe that the torrent file isn't being shared.
Anyways, thanks for the tip, Restlol. The first time I played, I racked up at least ten hours of gameplay. I'm glad I didn't have to throw all that away.

try removing this game's torrent on your torrent downloader
it works fine after i do that

Sidenote:
I figured out a workaround for the "Choun/Sei (R-Click bug)"
Note that you will need to play with a save prior to the "Choun/Sei" scene where you have to get her ... drinks back
The fix:
1. Open the game folder
2. Rename "SNCHOUN-009.snx" to "SNCHOUN-009.snx.bak" (R-Click that file > Rename)
3. Playtime ;)
Result:
- Game plays fine.
- There's one scene with "Sei/Chouun" that's UNvoiced.
- "R-Click menu" will work everywhere ;)
