Thanks for your try to upload Bangal Movies. But I'll advise you that before ripping please learn all tech-things of ripping(i.e. bitrate,framerate,aspect ratio,resolution,encoder,frame rate etc).
You can also see the other uploaders' upload such as Axxo, Maxspeed,Riddlera, DDR,Nhance..you can learn from them. They are famous for their quality uploads,not with their "WATER MARKS". You should know that after ripping,putiing water marks,decrease the picture quality.
So please learn more..Unnecessary galagali kore ki luv Sona..tai na ??.
One more advice to you that before upload any movie,please watch it again..then think that is it a "WORTHY UPLOAD" ???.
