I have the same problem as described in Skullptura torrent http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/4520626/ this problem mostly appear in Win XP SP3 I used unarc from freearc.org and changed bat file to use unarc.dll (unarc.exe) instead of arc.dll (arc.exe) Skullptura torrents are best!
