Confirmation that both of these awesome games are playable. You need an Emulator. I'm using the psx one at only 7.89 mb. You also need a program that mounts ISO.
Tip: Game plays better and is much more enjoyable if you use a game controller.

To leebag;
First find a torrent that had Power-ISO if you don't already have an image mounting software program.
Once you have it downloaded and extracted, look for psx (software) here in pirate bay. If you find the one at about 7.89 MB, that is a good one and does not contain any bullcrap you don't need like some of the others on here.
After that downloads, if you have not yet mounted your game...locate the extracted game and r-click on the main part (Usually represented with a gold dics icon). Then hover your curser down to where it gives the option to mount the image. Once you mount the disc, choose about 4 drivers and also the location of the virtual drive. It really don't matter which virtual drive you use as long as it's empty.
Once you have your game successfully mounted and windows closed, locate the extracted PSX Emulator file. Open it. scroll down to the psxfin application icon. It looks like a play station. Double click that and two black windows will open. One you don't need to worry about. The Other will become a Play Station window, like when you turn your Play Station on. This is the window you need to use to get the game to play. Look at the Top of the 'Play Station Emulator' Window and click on the File tab. Next Click on Incert CD Drive. Another Window will open. Scrll down and sellect the Mounted Game Drive location. Then click OK. If you did everything right, your game should begin playing. If you are having trouble still, Go to You Tube and find a Video on PS Game Emulators and how to use Power ISO. I am also using Windows Vista so you can definately play these games.
