I concur with emyrin. Whoever did either the ripping, if you ripped it using the Lame method, had the line input set too high or, and I really doubt that this happened: It was mastered poorly at it's original recording. The tracks are so bad on the clipping at the higher volume areas that I started messing with them in Ableton Live; you can kinda get it to get filtered out but I'd say, find another download.
