nevermind, it's not.
it was just magiciso that was bugged when i tried to open the file before it had gone to 100% so it opened another file on my harddrive for some weird reason.

Doesn't boot in VMware even though VMware detects Windows 95.

real or virtual machine: boot into old dos mode
with a hiren boot cd. format host drive to fat32.
then change iso's to this.
cd win95
setup
also change the keyboard from British to US101,
and change regional from British to English (US)
