U can restart this torrent and point to old folder it should just redownload the 2 new files.

But on the other hand:
" You have 16378 of 16384 known Nintendo Famicom/NES ROMS (V3.14)"
What are the remaining 6 roms?

Elbart if u edit the goodinfo.cfg file in the folder using a text editor u will see ;n after things like badbumps etc..
i use replace ;n with ;y to include the lot but for people who play then and not collect shouldnt be needed.
