I've converted this because my poor little (original) XBox running XBMC just can't handle the 720p+ stuff - and I thought there may be some other people in this boat too (especialy seeing the comments where some people found this copy to be jerky (which it isn't))...

Not sure what problem you guys are having. The file is fine. It's a fairly high bitrate H.264 60FPS file that is processor intensive. I would recommend using Media Player Classic Home Cinema which has hardware DXVA support. See this link for more details
